The hotel is in a great location, close to lovely parks and gardens along the St Clair River and a variety of shops and restaurants in downtown Sarnia. The rooms were spotless and comfortable with minor maintenance needed but nothing major. The service was friendly overall, but there were some unfriendly interactions in the evening. The dining experience was not ideal for healthy options. The hotel's proximity to the beautiful waterfront walkways adds to its charm.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a comfortable King Bed, even better than my previous stay at the same price. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience top-notch. The location was amazing, right in the heart of the downtown area, just a stone's throw from the beautiful boardwalk. However, the dining experience left something to be desired, lacking in healthy eating options.

The rooms are very comfortable and clean, though kids screaming could be heard at times. The staff is helpful and friendly, striving for excellence. However, some evening staff were less courteous towards children with questions about pool hours.
